Embroidered at the commission of Jacques of Savoy (1450-1486), Count of Romont, and presented by him to the Bishop of Lausanne; Lausanne Cathedral Treasury; in 1536, following the Protestant conquest of Lausanne, taken to Bern; since 1882 in the possession of the museum.
